This store often has things you can't find in other stores. I have purchased things from every department and I find interesting and useful garden decor every year. The staff are friendly and very helpful.

The employees here are so helpful. A smaller sized, local hardware store. Not as much stock as the 'big box' stores but everything you need for regular home and garden maintenance, and plenty more. Proud to support local merchants!

Quincaillerie Home Hardware L'Ile-Perrot
Bad service, was supposed to get product transferred from their other location and told it would come in 1 to 2 days, called on day 2 to be told it will be in tomorrow (day 3) guaranteed. Called day 3 and told it will be in the next day (4). I told them forget it as that's terrible customer service and leaves a sour view of their store. Will not.be going back as I don't think they appreciate their local customers.

I love this place. When you enter you see to your right nice ideas for gifts so xmas was easy for me, this was the place. They have good helpful staff. Lots of stuff to look at even garden furniture at the back. Go check them out. You won't be disappointed.

Small but always has what I'm looking for. Less choices that the larger stores, but has at least 1 of every essential item for home maintenance. I've been going there once every two weeks for about 6 months now and never left without an item to help me with what I needed.

This place comes in so handy because it’s close to our house. A lot of the things here could even be 1 or 2 dollars cheaper than at going to Rona. The staff is friendly and the place is never busy! Keep it up!

Well located on Don Quichotte Boulevard off of highway 20 with plenty of parking available and a few other businesses. I was delited that the person at the cash reminded me they offer Aeroplan points which I appreciated and when I needed help loading a heavy item in my car I received it from a staff member. It feels like a nice small town store with personalized service. I will be back for sure

This place was amazing.I have never had better customer service in a hardware store.The three employees that helped us were incredibly polite, nice and helpful.Young James helped me load my new patio set into my car. When the box was too large to fit, another gentleman came and helped us unpack the set so it could fit.They took care of all the cardboard.Once again, everyone in the shop were truly great! Raises deserved.10/10 will ship there again!
